I've only got one or two at the moment. I did use spray cans, basecoat and clearcoat.

Been busy this week at work so not much done really. I did manage to get some odds and ends painted though and pretty happy with the way they look. Managed to get the subframe, clock bracket and main stay, fairing stay, top yoke, clip ons and repaired and painted the housing on the speedo where the cable adjuster had been having a chew. Going to need a top yoke nut though because it looks a bit naff now against the newly painted parts. Also chewing over which rear shock to put in. I like the rear shock off the 2008 R6 and know what its like because i used to own one, but comes up 14mm shorter than the NC stock shocker. I dont know what the result would be height wise using that compared with the what seems to be tried and tested route of the CBR600RR shock. Hopefully someone might tell me  , otherwise i'm going to have to keep searching the web for answers.
