Are you trying to fit it to the pipe as per the pic above? It has the "wrong" slip on adapter welded on. Grind this off or get a 60mm can I reckon..

yeah i will take some more pics tomorrow forgot to bring my camera today. Ive been looking at the whole exhaust and on close inspection it looks quite old and rusted. the brackets have rusted right through to nothing and it looks like it could be blowing from there also. I am nowing thinking of getting a whole new exhaust, possiblt a tyga stainless what do you reckon??
