Right, decided to get the exhausts fitted correctly once and for all. Took the seat unit off my Seed bike and fitted it onto Oki. Then made some stainless tab brackets which pushes the exhaust cans out just enough to ge the indicators on so they clear the cans nicely. Rhory, Jas i would be interested in what you think?? I know its not the neatest with the bracket bolts showing but its a compromise with the indicators!!.Do you think the exhausts stick out too much??

Kris.

Kris, that fitting of the cans are just too much "off" from the rear end and I understand you want to have it spaced away from the rear indicators. But this is maybe a little bit too much. I fitted my TSR kit just as it is, but the new custom made tit.cans are fabricated to my specs. They are sleeved a little bit more on the intake side so it slips a bit more towards the TSR tit.link pipes. It still does "touch" the indicator a little bit on the lhs but nothing major.

Did you try to put some extra washers (or make a pair your own with easy alloy tube with correct diameter) on the fitting each side and just above the can hanger hole? The can plates on mine are spaced away with few mm with just an extra nut at the rear passenger mount points before mounting the plates itself.
I will try to get some close up pics made.

Some other things...that Coerce CF fender is very nice with the silver fork legs! It fits perfect right
And that stator and gsxr '05 flywheel and custom cover...gimme a full kit of these, please
My soon to be new toy can use a kit like this very soon... :sshh:

I apperciate your comment Jas and i agree. The beauty of the tab brackets ive made they are easy to bend into shape. So i can position them very close to the indicators, or i can take a spacer nut away which will put them closer toether.

Jas, in all seriousness, that Gixxer mod is unbelievable!! it really is, the thottle is immediate!!

So whats your next project??

Yep, all correct! Last night a wounded NC35 turned up in front of my door. She checked in for a room but sadly no rooms available. But now I have arranged some space for her so she can rest and recover soon
