Looks very nice, and personally I would say that looks like it should have come from the factory. Although I swear your front wheel looks alot closer to the rads than it does on my bike. Maybe its just the angle of the picatures.

The tyres are a set of Super Corsa's in a 160/60 17 and 120/70 17. I don't like how close it is to the bottom radiator so I might be swapping them out for a set of 090's in standard sizes. I'm not able to ride it still as I don't have enough flex back in my knee, but that will come with time.

After sitting on the bike yesterday the geometry of the bike might be a bit off as the rear slumps and the front sits high, but that could just be me as I've not ridden the thing since about August last year and rode the GSX-R in between times. Next time Rhory is over I'll sit on both and he can do the same and we'll see where we are.

Thanks for the comments.

Nicely done Gare! I bet those guns sound great!!! 8-)
That front tyre does look big! I guess you do need a 120/70 in front to go with a 160 rear; though I'd say that the standard sizes are well up to the job, even on track; well at least for numpties like me anyway!

OK, I've almost got the bits to put the bike back to standard and a lot of the more expensive bits have been sold on. This is now the closing chapter of what have been a labour of love and a lot of expense, but I think I'm just gonna close the book on this one

Well, there goes the last page of my VFR book. A lad came out to have a look at the bike a few weeks ago and has now commited to buying the bike. He's coming in a van this week to take her away

I must admit I will miss the wee moto, but I couldn't justify holding on to it for any longer and the money is worth more to me now than having the bike. I'll certainly have another NC in the future, but will be a few years down the line I'd imagine.

They were bought from e-Bay quite a while ago. They do crop up every now and then but I'm not sure about buying spares though. Being that you are looking for the RHS plate, most aftermarket heelplates are the same gap between the mastercylinder mounting holes so you might be able to find another supplier.
