The 3TJ really needs a hugger, although I'd think the R1's going to be to wide - could it be adapted ???

Well..... it is a bit wide but it could be altered and another mould made...... it would be nice to try so I am making one for Levo to try..... That one was sold and had to go out yesterday... But making another in glass to hack up is easy...

No problem... it will be glass and have the flanges on to let you cut a bit from the middle then you can put a flat bit of glass along thr flange to help re-join it again so it can be bonded and filled to make a new mould without having to spend 3 days putting flanges back on.... Is that OK??

OK had to fit this in between other jobs.... But here is the first carbon Right hand frame protector... I made this just using some scrap carbon to see how it would turn out.. What do you think?

Here is the left one in Carbon Kevlar. (Levo wanted this specifically...)

I have done some swing arm protectors but was not 100% happy with the moulds so I have a master made to make a new mould this week I hope... I just have to fit it in between a couple of other things....

Very nice! i have a busted nc30 frame. Will happily send you the frame spar if you need some for templates
