You'd do better to find the length of the shock your going to use and mock it up with a bit of metal angle. That way you'll know how much you need to make up and either pack the top, the bottom, or change the dog bones to suit

I would still like to have this measurement if someone can help,it has to be an r6 shock on 3tj,
on the bike,the bike upright off the stand,no rider on board,measure from centre of top eye to centre of bottom eye.
also please,at the same time while the bike is in this position,the measurement of front forks
frome the centre of wheel spindle to the top of the top yoke.
I cannot continue with this prodject without these measurements,so please all you hybrid
owners help me jet this one together.

Sorry i havent got back to you with this measurement. Been a bit busy of late and not had chance. I'll do my best to get it for you today/tonight.
