Good for sealing wheelie bin leaks also

Hi, I didn't use por15 but it was a resin type stuff. Anyway make sure the tank is as clean and dry as you can get it, I cleaned mine with boiling hot water and washing powder several times and blasted with jet washer for a good rinse out then let it dry very well, try and warm it up maybe with a hair dryer or something.
