the two hoses are coming from the carbs......... from the top of them looking down on them

in other news its all connected now just need exhaust gaskets and fluids :D and these two pipes

are you referring to the small diameter hoses that come out from between one and two and between three and four? the ones i am referring two are clamped at two places from the factory and are connected to two small hinging outlets near the tops of the carbs that point rearwards. These act like vents/overflows from the carb bowls and are connected to nothing at the other end as far as i know. they just go backwards and to the side together.
