Ah, I have a switchgear here that came off the bike when I binned it, pass button is melted the same but the insides are fine, if it was melted I would have posted you the internals.

Personally I'd wait.. I got one for 20 quid that looks like it just come out the packet, no fading at all, not a scratch and all the lettering is perfec.
