its too tight , looks like you got to apply lots of pressure to move the chain

get the sprocket cover off and have a look see whats going on , does it make the noise if you just rotate the wheel by hand

yeah it does, but when it does, the chain has a slight jerk up and down. so it moves fine, for a bit and then every so often the chain make a slight jerking movement and the noise will happen.

You had it too loose, then too tight.
But it's like flogging a dead horse, the chain is knackered, probably the sprockets too.
For peace of mind replace them as a set.
Clean and lube the chain regularly, O-Ring / X-Ring chains can take more lack of cleaning and lubing, but every other tank is a good idea to give it a wipe and a dash of lube.

how many bolts did you remove , from memory there is four , 2 at the bottom 1 at the top and 1 in the middle near the speedo drive , give it a few taps all around its proberbly glued on with all the shit thats flung off the chain

yep it was pretty much glued on from all the gunk. there was soooo muhc gunk im not kidding the chain was grinding on the pile of gunkk. ive now cleaned it, but the noise is still there while i turn the chain, all the teeth on the sprockets look fine. no idea whats causing this... the chains doesnt look like its got stiff links. they all bend and move freely.
