Whats next on the project list ersan you certainly have a crazy imagination.
Single sided front wheel suspension system? Turbo?
An nsr needs 4 exhausts as its a 2stroke and each cylinder needs a spanny
Have a look at the mv augusta f4 for inspiration if you wanna do 4 outlets.

It would be advisable to get everything down on paper first though (measurements, costs, etc.) and then decide which 'project' to attempt first

Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.

Re: A 4 into 4 exhaust system possible?
yep =) ive already found some 304 stainless steel pipes. cheap 10 quid per meter. but i dont know the exact diameter needed.. plus il need the bigger cylinder part that gets welded on right at the end of the pipe which then gets fitted inside the heads and crush the gaskets in place. so id need to buy some of those AND buy some header clamps to go with it. anyone have any idea where i could buy either? or anyone know the inside and outside diameters of the downpipes? would help a lot =)

With 304 you could get away with a 0.75mm wall thickness for lightness but I would recommend 1.2mm wall to cope with the bends properly

Looks like you're in for some pretty stiff competition.rcv4 wrote:intrestin idea,I will keep an eye on this one to get a few tips.
