talking about the bolt grade thats all, i didnt go into great detail as i tryed to keep it simple.....its all explained with a quick google search mate.

It's probably becuase you added a lubricant to the threads, this allows you to easily over-tighthen.

A small torque wrench is handy (always is in hindsight) for the important small bolts if your not confident in over/under tightening them.

yep neo , i have a handy little torque wrench now as iv just been given one , so when i get round to sorting it out i know it'll be done correct this time :roll:

I have more time to reply now, but taken from here.. it's a useful information people don't realise that when you put a lubricant on the thread it becomes easy to over-tighten.

You can see you need less torque with lubrication
