where in N Wales, I'm off on the bike to Snowdonia on Saturday evening for some hill walking?

Does anyone know the external diameter of the exhaust on an VFR400 nc30. Also, maybe the internal diameter would be useful?

I am cutting the old collars off and thinking of fixing a straight length of pipe between the two

Hi, O.D. of standard front pipe is about 34.8mm, id I.D. of the pipe i used as a sleeve is about 35.2mm.
When i did mine i welded some lugs on the front pipes and the secondary so there just spring retained, i used stainless pipe for the collars aswell.
