A 3ma1 which mine is with with a healthy motor, port work and a good set of pipes should be making low to mid sixties power wise going on others ive seen. Not had chance to have mine run up as i still have to finish the pipes but one day i will get them done
They are good fun but if im honest you have to be in the mood for it if that makes sense.

No pics left of the 3MA pipes they were for a customer years ago,i do have some other pics of 2T pipes i have done, tha grade steel you need is CR1 1mm for road 0.8mm for race pipes, the grade you are useing will be CR4 the CR1 is softer (annealed) so it is better to work.

Did you sell yours complete or with the engine dismantled then Martin?

Sold it complete and running (spent 400 quid on Yamaha bits to rebuild the engine)
It was pretty tidy, but not really any cleaner then when you saw it at cadwell.
I listed it on eBay with a start price of 1500 and no reserve.
Had about a million watchers but only the 1 bid. So it sold to a delighted bloke from knottingley for £1500
In hindsight I wish I still had it, but I really wanted a motocross bike at that time, so it paid for an 05 crf250.
