Hi
Ive got a GK76 now that i baught recently and i redid the o-rings, cleaned the carbs, the air screws are at 2.5 turns out, they are all ballanced, the spark plugs all work, but for some reason the bike doesnt idle on all four cylinders...
weve blown out all the ports too and cleaned them with carb cleaner numerous times. What could be the problem? what are we missing?

1.5 for the standard GK76a, and 1.8 for the SP which has 36mm carbs.
You've probably got some form of electrical problem. Check the CDI is working first, then look for bad wiring.
If it's the same two cylinders each time, it's likely to be one of the coils that need replacing.
