same here, at least they are getting used ( sorry read that as were getting used !)

bought my bike as a first after passing my test have wanted one as long as i can remember tho, use it every day were i can, dont plan on ever getting rid of it it gets plenty dirty, and as often as posible cleaned again... no pics of it dirty tho.. :whistle:

Some fair examples, perhaps I was right with the current state of NCs - maybe a lot of that's down to posting on an enthusiast's site though. :|

Maybe I should buy another just to use everyday - would give me a legitimate reason for cleaning after all...

My NC has got quite dusty sitting in the garage whilst I've been away - but hey, I like the fiddling, fettling, and modifying almost as much as riding!

will I get shot for saying that my NC is the one bike I own that does get filthy? It always gets cleaned the same or next day though :grin:

I use my other bike(s) just like that, but haven't used an NC in the same way since my RVF.

Apart from my NC31 of course....

it's when the fiddling, fettling and modifying take over from the road that gets to me,surely it was put together that way to improve the riding, so why not ride it then ? and i'm guilty of this too, i think i've done -200 miles on my castrol this year and it wasn't out last year. :down: and it won't be out next year :(
