Im thinking of swapping the forks on my nc29...and if the nc35's are a straight swap then i'll start looking for some on fleabay :mrgreen:

Still no answer to this thread.

It has been mentioned that it is a "bolt on" but no more detail.

I have seen it done on a few bikes, but I want to know what work is involved.

People have said you swap the whole front end so remove you NC29 forks and yokes, then fit NC35 yokes and forks. Not a big job.

So just to clarify , it's a straight swap?
I've seen parus's thread on a 07 cbr 600 front end conversion and he said that's a straight swap but if an rvf front end is the same then that's a nice cheaper option.

I hope this works for you but I just cant see it being a straight swap...

For instance on the NSR you have to have the stem from the NSR pressed into the RVF bottom Yoke and on the VFR you have to use a spacer and change the bearings..

Good luck with this and please take a load of photos as you go and do an article for the site.
