Re: yoshimura rearsets
You need to invest in a thread gauge

and a vernier caliper :-)
As for your bolts.. if you take them to any decent hardware store or bolts / fastner specialist they'll be able to match you something up straight away, remember to threadlock any new bolts on rear-sets.
I guess you don't have a lathe as you could just make your own bolts if you did. However, if you are really on the cheap put your larger bolts in the chuck of an electric drill and spin them slowly and get a mate with a file to rest it on them to file them down.
If you dont feel comfortable riding wihtout a return spring just drill a hole.
Oh and you do know there not actually 'yoshimura' rearsets just some cheap chinese copy with the name written on them :-)

No offence, but what do you expect from a cheap chinese generic set? There are good reasons why they're so cheap.Deviant400 wrote: in all a bit cheesed off , but then what did i expect, any help please guys cheers

Re: yoshimura rearsets
I have had an older version of these rearsets and they were great, so they are not all bad.
The rearsets were fitted to my old NC30 and I could not fault them.

i found one on ebay but not sure it is what i need nor which pitch to choose:
