Hi Mark,

can you get me a price and a lead time for the decals that I need to finish the NC please? I need them for both sides

'FORCE V4' in white with a grey shadow mid/top fairing

'VFR' in silver grey with a black shadow for the centre fairing

'HONDA' in silver grey (no shadow) for the lower fairing

'400R' in white with a red shadow for the tailpiece

Ive attached some pics as samples for you, pal

Cheers, Neil

Back tyre is an Avon Storm 160/60-18 rather than the 150 standard. Looks the dogs. I took it for its first MOT in 7 years on monday and it flew thru. Handles really well.

I wasnt quite sure about the handling as no one seems to have tried a 160, but so far so good. Ive forgotten how well these things handle and had it to about a quarter of an inch from the edge of the back tyre.

Lets pray we have an Indian summer and I can get the thing out before the salt comes......

Got the stripe on ebay as a 7mm wheel striping kit with applicator. Only cost £7.99 and took less than 20 mins to do both wheels on both sides

Agains the black powdercoated wheels it really stands out

Must agree. That is a lovely moto and shows that a few quid, an eye for detail and some time can make a tired looking moto come out the other end a really good looking example.

The photos really dont do it justice and its even cleaner underneath. Most of the time went in my labour and I havent worked out the full costs yet, but I bet its around the £1500 quid mark inc the original bike purchase.

I'm going to work it out exactly and find out how wrong that I am....lol (or cry!!!)
