Draining petrol tank
I'm having the tank, seat and panels sprayed on my NC24 and have tried to drain the tank but cannot completely empty it. I have removed the vent cap and tap but I can still hear a small amount sloshing about inside when I shake it. Am I missing something?

Re: Draining petrol tank
Do what you've already done and keep doing it. Same with the filler cap. Get an air line and keep blowing till it's empty. Persistance.
How hard can it be?

You've take then petrol tap off? that usually helps, I tend to feed in a bit of rag (not paper towl) through the petrol tap hole and shake it around, the rag will soak up most of the fuel and can be pulled back out.
