Carbs all Balanced.... the next step

Rightthe next step, got my bike back from the garage, they cleaned the carbs out and balanced then up.
Now its running so much better but the guys at the garage said there are some "air screws" missing so its a lil lumpy on idle and a couple of spots up the rev's where its hesatent.
Any1 know where the air screws are on the carb and maybe where i could get some from!?
I was thinking about maybe "Greame Frence" might have some but don't really know much about him to contact him....
Any help would be much apreciated!
