Just while i remember, and while the bike is in bits and easy to get to...
Its an NC29 :)
I have noticed that when i start the bike every now and then when i press the starter button i sometimes get a loud "click"
The batteries fairly new and sits on a trickle charger so its as good as its going to be so the voltage etc shouldnt be a problem so what i was thinking is that it may be the starter motor?
Anyone else had this problem and if so how did you get round it?
Cheers
Mikey

Re: "click" when starting..
Well almost certain the click is just the starter solenoid opening, maybe yours is just a bit old therefore a bit louder, does it delay the starter from cranking the engine over at all?

damn i forgot that bit.. haha
When it clicks, the engine doesnt turn over, as if the starter is sticking/not turning but the solenoid is coming out
