Are the NC30 and 35 ones interchangeable? I ask as mine is white and it looks like the 35 one is black so would probably look better against my black top yoke...

No, they aren-t swapable as the VFR diametre is more than that of the RVF.

I agree that black bungs look better.
You can get nearly any diameter black ones at the local hardware store, they work a treat look great and are cheap as chips.
