I have used wemoto, usually next day delivery if in stock. David silver great for OEM parts, they stock more than if you stick CBR400 in the search, best if you have the part number to search with, which can be obtained from from one of those Fiche pdfs, I have never waited more than 3 weeks if its had to come from Japan or other sources, usually its within 10 working days and if in stock its 2 days. CMSNL, used once, didnt like their postage, no less than 15 euro and I waited nearly 7 weeks for somethings that were stated as in stock but at least they had them when D Silver did not. Good thing is you can use their fiche and cut and paste the number into D Silvers site.

I can second David Silver or Lings for standard parts, if you have the part number you can type it into a search engine on Lings site and it will tell you the stock availability.

Or Riders in Yeovil
or
Nightingales at Rugby.
I suggest you use the phone as sometimes parts are on back order and you wait ages, but if you phone you can ask before ordering
