Hi What size is the top yoke nut?
Also do I have to remove the carbs to set the air screws?

For all practical purposes yes, you will need to remove them to do it.

technically communism works haha, i tried without taking them off with a right angled ratchet screw driver,,,,, i ended up taking them off it sounds like a big job but is so much easier then mucking around lolz especially when u drop something or forget how much turns you have done or think your turning it and your not! lolz
to save the heart ache take em off and that way you can kill two birds and drain the float bowls and see how much crap comes out :) :)

top yoke nut is 41mm
