looked after (ie, oil changed) 100,000km+

weak point: electric system, even at completely buggard level a new altenator / reg/rec and battery isn't going to cost more than £150.00 to sort so not the end of the world.

dgunthor a member on here racked up over 120,000kms on his NC30 over a few years commuting if i recall.
motors are tough, however wheelied abused bikes can have gearbox issues and also main bearing failure isnt unknown.
buy a cheap dog then its a lottery, buy a nice looked after bike for reasonable money then you would expect the motor to be lively.
you get what you pay for. most would rather buy a nice more modern faster 600 for the same money a good NC30 costs.
great fun though

40,000kms commuting, various mishaps, 2 days at cadwell... still goin strong.

Watch out for charging issue as they say. Keep an eye out for dodgy fibreglass repairs - lots of dreamers out there.

actually it was over 100,000 miles - engine was still great too!
done over 4 years from cardiff to bristol 45 miles each way, plus the odd weekend bit of fun.

RVF is now up to 24,000 kms and going strong!

I've seen an NC24 with 90,000km on it and no problems.

My Rvf has 63000 kms on the clock, still going stong, and I dont know any service history. But she is getting a full strip down service and clean sometime soon.
