Online parts catalogue here dude:
http://www.cmsnl.com/honda-vfr400_model1258/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

(hope this helps?)
Formerly RacingSlug. Felt like a change and it came down to either Biscuits, Ben10 (possible copyright issues) or NinjaSmokeWarrior. The wife suggested TwatMan.

I still have 3 version 7 parts books knockin around ;)

I just had an old version 4 that I picked up from somewhere so put it on ebay for the needy! went for more than I thought too ^_^

Guess I don't need to finish scanning the parts manual after all now! (which is a good thing) it's taken hours of my time so far and im only 1/3 of the way though scanning it! >.<

soak it in plus gas for a few days, cut a slot into whats left of it then heat it with a blowlamp and slowly turn it back and forth till it unscrews.
