390 is what my memory would have said....but it has been a little while since I did them so not 100% sure

It's either 390, either 450 ;)

I've got one more question :

In haynes manual, it is said to check the level of oil with a "tape measure". :?

If I do put 390cc, am I obliged to check with that "tape measurement" too ? Or it will be useless?
