NC24 Choke Cable Lever

Post by bishbash »

Hi guys,

Here is my small problem with the bike, bought it 2 weeks ago for my girlfriend for a Christmas present, currently doin it up for the MOT etc and came across the choke cable has mysteriously disappeared. Here is a pic of my carbs, I know the 4 plungers on each carb is the choke connected together like so;

Now you probably know that, so my issue is I bought a new cable and found out that there is no place to connect it to on my bike, searched high and low,

so asked a chap on another forum and he said this is where you connect it to;

Now, found this plunger for sale and it is on route, my problem is where it sits on the carbs/choke. Can anyone help? Where does this plunger bolt to and how?

Thanks

Neil

I've just bought my very own NC24 and i remember seeing the choke still attached on it.

It's a bit late know as the bike is my workshop, but I'll have a picture up for you tomorrow night if that's okay?

Ahh, that certainly helps, thank you so much for the pics, just got to figure out what parts I need. Looks like just the lever and the bar that goes into the choke system.

Thanks again.

Neil
