How Much Oil In An NC29

Have emptied the sump and replaced the oil filter, but plate next to oil filler cap has details in Japanese, and some numbers (3, 3.8, I think is what I can see). I don't read Japanese, so can someone tell me how much oil I need to put in?

3 lit - without changing oil filter
3.4 - in case oil filter also had been changed
3.8 - for new engine or after engine overhaul

Cool, thanks. I saw those numbers on the bike, but the squiggly lines didn't help at all
