rattity tapity
is it me or do all nc 30's rattle a bit , im not loosing power ,, fuel consumption is good , no weird coloured smoke from the exhaust , not really any flat spots to gripe about , but my bike does tend to tick or tap a bit , are these the signs of somthing major on the cards , rings maybe or shims , or am i just a paranoid android

A bit of ticking can be the exhaust - check the tightness and make sure there are no leaks. The rear manifold ticks if loose..

hmm will check all bolts asap , thing is its not a regular tick tick , if i could describe it it would sound a bit like this , bob bob bob bobtik bob bob bob bob bob bob bob ktick bob tik bob bob bob bob bob tik,, the bob being my ART end can on tickover
