RC45 Can on a NC35
Anyone know if the 3 bolt fixing system is the same on the RC45 as the NC35, I have the chance of a nice can from a RC45 and from the pics ive seen of it it looks like it'll bolt up to the NC system but cant be sure. Any other reasons why the can wouldnt work to well?

Well brought the can anyway, heres some pics

Mounting flange is slightly different from the 35,it doesnt have a recess for a gasket and the bolts are bigger. May look at modifing the 35 flange or just get a new one made up.

Managed to bodge the 35 flange to take the 45 can, it kicks out at a slight angle but seals fine. Will have to get GF to knock me up a 45 flange and sort the angle out.

Yeah she sounds quite deep but still has that raspy sound of the yammoto, im really liking the look of it now, the flat oval design suits the NC. Its a shame MIG are not trading anymore, id get a SP1 system and have one of these each sidealexwitham wrote:i bet that kicks out a note and a half!

I'll post a vid up in the exhaust thread tomorrow

I really love the look of that. Maybe kicking up a bit high, but some RC30 pics I've seen have followed similar lines.
