Accessing A/F screws

Accessing A/F screws

Is it possible to access the A/F screws while the carbs are in place from the left side of an NC30, or do they face opposite directions?

They face opposite directions so it's carbs off I'm afraid, well to do it properly it is anyway.
Too spensiff!!!
