o-rings and hoses?

well ive now got all my bits and need to fit the water coupling on the front, the haynes says to replace the oring and the one thats on there looks pretty rough so im guessing ill need a new one does anyone know where i might get one? likewise i had to cut the hose off it as the metal on the old one was so corroded it was fused to the rubber so ill need one of them too
