Can someone please tell me where the Dragons rest cafe is i've tried google and have drawn a blank with it.

the Ponderosa cafe is at the top of the horse shoe pass. Get to Llangollen then the horse shoe pass is only 3 odd miles from that.
Or what you could do mate is follow all the other bikers, the chances are Llangollen is going to be packed all day.

I have just had a heads up from a cheshire officer, northwales have borrowed every camera van and spare handheld gatso equipment from neighboring forces.
Also ministry vans have been requested.

So clearly the place to go and play today is in shropshire or cheshire as there will be fuck all camera vans out
