tri arm hrc f3 parts

Post by ian400 »

has anybody used any of the official tri arm f3 kit parts? looking at the manual for them they look very nice but i do have a few questions.

what is the sub radiator for?
does anybody make a replica airbox and does it seal against the tank?
also does the airbox contain the carbs as the diagram doesnt seem as if it would seal at the standard fittings?

the slipper clutch would have saved me mega bucks in the past and would be a very trick item for any cbr i wonder if honda uk can get any of these items or do i have to get myself a japanese wife (dont tell the mrs)

as it seems very straightforward im thinking about making a radiator cover kit, and ill post some pics when finished, if anybody has any photos of any of these items i would be very happy to see them

I reckon you need to get hold of the kit first. ;)

I think you can buy most of it over the counter down under.

There are cheaper and better substitutes for most of the hrc parts in my opinion. Obviously engine internals will be hard to substitute given the age of these bikes, but anything can be made if you have the $$.

There do seem to be more old hrc bits around these parts, maybe that's why we have so many fast riders?!
