Post by therefused »

i'v just added an extra washer to my needles, now i have lost alot of power. the bike isnt spluttering and it revs just the same but it isnt pulling like it used to.

what is worrying me is that i still have no power even on Wide open throttle?

Something isn't right!

Check that the carbs are seated properly, my guess is that they have a leak.

Even if the bike is full on allwergic to this mod it should still rev out properly in the top of the rev range, not affecting power.

What are your jet sizes man? There are multiple combination's you can run, but just letting more fuel through aint gunna make it run faster. You need to be flowing more air, to warrant the additional fuel.
