oh yeah and i have seen pictures of it and it does look very nice, the guy is sending me some more detailed pictures and pictures of documents etc so i will be able to tell if it is as nice as he says from the pictures.

im located in south west of cornwall, so the problem i have is whatever bike i wanna get i have to travel over 200 miles most of the time to just go view bikes, so im gunna wanna get the best idea of what condition a bike is before i go up to see it.

that would really help, ok then i'll post up where the bike is once i get the money and see if anyone is near who culd help out.

To be honest, I would view the bike in person see what you think and be prepared to walk away. From what I last heard you could get an ok VFR for £850 (running) so from that I would say you could get a really nice one for £1400. As said dont worry too much about mileage as they do go forever.

i think im gunna wait and get a decent amount of money together then try and find the best one out there. im just getting too exited at the thought of owning my first big bike.....and that bike being a vfr 400!

damn tho if i had the money now i would definatly go for this if it wasnt so far away...
