Hey there just wondering if anyone knows what the difference is between then nc35 RR and the RT. Only thing i can see is the paint job....

That would be correct. As far as I know the codes are only for the paint job.

Yep, only the colour scheme is different; I think the change only came about when Honda decided to do that scheme to the Suzuka 8h bikes; as far as I know, no road going RC45's came with the RVF400RT colour scheme.
When the mind is relaxed, the body will go faster! 8-)
