the moto finished and pre race! It worked lovely style and I got from 1.57 times to a 1.52 by the end of the weekend. Had a great fight with Carl Annable (Carl44) on here..top lad, great racing. Was also glad to beat Fontyyy on his smoker but he was not trying to kick my ass so bad so thanks for that.

Next steps with this moto

1: fit my HRC spec carbs and dyno it.
2: total loss
3: grind some weight off the subframe
4: remove the rear head, regrind the valves
5: remove the quietening gears from rear head
6: probably fit an oil cooler
7: get faster...if I can!

All to be sorted on this wonferful forum

mate If your interested in a bit of experiamenting I saw a ZX7R subframe fitted to an nc30 on wednesday, ally 3kg lighter non cut down and it was almost a perfect fit

lower mounts fitted well but upper u need to bend in a tad and drill and tap some mount holes above the original , or bend the top tubes down a tad. and just make a mounting bracket for the rear bolts on the seat unit

could easily cut another kilo off the subframe I recon and works out as a very cheep mod
