Rattle cans all the way! Cleaning is easy, but then there's not much rain or muck aropund here, I guess it depends how fussy you are. The matt black does show up any panel imperfections very easily though so good surface prep is must.

The last pics above were taken a few years ago, the yellow front are current ones (was going to be used for racing), I plan to put it back to how it used to look above.

You might be right about the rvf light butting straight up the fairing and being easier to use in this case, I'm not sure.

It's about 8cm wider than a standard rvf unit, gives it that silhouette style look.

It also has much larger air inlets and the area around the top radiator is more slab sided and wider.

I like it!

MMMM i want one, is it the tyga one you have? second thoughts no it cant be as you cut the holes yourself. Never seen anyone else suppying them tho, where did you get yours from?

Joe the matt/satin black does show up the imperfections quite badly but i love it, looks trick as fuck. Cleanings a piece of cake too, baby wipes do the trick for me.
I have all the parts now to get it through a mot so just gota fit them, finish my loom and shes ready to roll agian

The bike above is mine and still in my possession, minus the front fairing.

I really admired the 'new and exotic' Tyga Spark fairing at the time, but they were rediculously expensive to ship to Aus, so I had a go at one myself.

The front fairing was originally bought new from http://www.toprider.com.au" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; It was their standard race fairing at the time (still is?). It's seriously wide! I've now put an NC35 style Tyga fairing on my bike and it feels like a skinny little 250!

As for cleaning the black, I think I've only washed it a couple of times in 5 years or so. Other than that just some soapy water to get the deceased bugs off.
