Ah the needle roller? as the dual bearing is the same part... and do you really need the cushdrive? The NC30 works without it?

nc24 cush won't fit the 30 it's too small ,so i'm going with a 30 sprocket carrier. also the 24 disc wont fit the 30 axle either!

Ah cool, its' getting there.

I have a friend in Japan who's done a few trackdays with a 150 tyre on the standard 3.5 rim and reported good results so far. It's a little too small for the tyre though tbh.

I do like the look of the 30 wheel.

You can take it one step further soon and fit one of these...

Haha yes, MC28 Magtek's.

Teh front should be simple its' a 110/70/17 iirc (same as the CBR400 aero?) which is a direct bolt onto the NC24 :) I can't remember if you need the 400 spacers tho... dont think you do.

Front forks are RVF?

Yeah rvf forks in zxr400 yokes ( loads cheaper than the rvf ones and stronger too). Cbr900 brakes and nc30 discs. Used the nsr spings in the forks.
Loads of fun but always worried it'll go pop! :o

Didn't you consider the ZXR400 forks seeing as you have the yokes?

The SP model forks have 3 way adjustments.
