Turns out it was just a fuel vacum line that had split resulting in no pressure to get fuel pumping!!!!

Oh well i got a full service and she's purring harder than my other gf. Megan Fox! :pmsl:

You really only need replace the plugs if the electrode has worn beyond being adjusted to the right gap.. If the plugs not sparking, just clean it and rub some very light sandpaper over the electrode to remove caked carbon then wipe with solvent.. The bike shouldnt be fouling plugs regularly unless the fuelling is set way too rich

If it was the vacuum pipe from rear intake to fuel tap that had split, the valve at that tap was not opening and allowing fuel to flow. The fuel isnt pumped but rather sucked by the vacuum created by the cylinder moving down

Yup those plugs are expensive.

I've seen an NC30 helicoiled out to accomodate larger plugs running U24FE9's / C8EH9's which is the same plug as the NC24
