without taking my carbs off is there a way of telling if my rvf has had a 33 restricter kit fitted?had a nc 24 years ago and it when well,as ive not ridden this rvf what should be the tell tale signs?(reason not been ridden as im one of the unlucky ones that the dvla says i have no bike entitlment on licence!!start again,theory/haz perception had fri,cbt done sat,mod one done today got mod 2 weds!!dvla stinks

You will need to be lifting a carb slide and turning the throttle to see if you can see the restrictor discs in the inlets.

Airbox off etc..

Are you supposed to be on 33bhp?

im not riding it til weds when i pas mod 2,19 years of riding but stil gotta do it!!

when you whip the carbs off, if you see these in the carb rubbers, it's restricted!!

19 years?

I'm guessing mod 2 is something to do with the new test?

When I passed my tests there was none of this hazzard perception and stuff ^_^

its all changed new test came in in april,had the licence issue in end of may!!just my luck when did it first time around examiner stood on corner of test center and timed you around the block!!!but i will say for new/younger rider it proves a certain level of control until your letloose onto bigger stuff
