adjusting rear shock on NC35
Hi Folks
First time trying to adjust the preload on the rear for my 14 stone frame. But cannot undo the top ring - it does go anti clockwise, right? Haynes is unclear on this. Any tips on how to do it? I have it on an Abba stand thinking this may take some pressure off and have sprayed the rings with wd. Don't want to get oo heavy with the hammer!
Any tips welcome!

Re: adjusting rear shock on NC35
Yes, you are correct in your estimation, but even with a hammer and drift mine was too badly seized, perhaps through corrosion?, to let me loosen the lockring to adjust it.
In the end I binned it in favour of a Nitron. I appreciate this is not always the simplest solution due to cost, but I figured after 14 years it was probably past its best anyway.
