NC30 rear brake caliper fitting
Hi, having problems trying to fit the rear caliper to the NC30 rear end on my RD Hybrid. Not sure what is going wrong, the bottom mountain hole just wont line up, the caliper is just hitting the swingarm. Ive bought all the parts seperate, here are the parts.

I'll go that the hub adjster is 180 degrees out of alignment.
Turn the hub assembly in the swingarm.
The axle is not dead centre in the arm you see...and has a definite top and botom.

Ahh thats what it might be.
Ive adjusted the chain by turning the hub down so the off set goes towards the top, gess i'll have to rotate the drum back and so the piviot goes to the bottom.
Anyway a quick pic for anyone wondering what she looks like, she is far from finished.

Re: NC30 rear brake caliper fitting
I had the exact same problem and it was the same way to rectify it - the Hub needed rotating 180 degrees
Cool looking bike too btw!
I think it seems to be sitting a little low at the back end though.

Re: NC30 rear brake caliper fitting
Thanks, the front and rear of the frame is as per RD350 but the rear does look low, probably because of the modern parts on there, I wont be raising the rear as im short so I may just drop the front down about an inch, that should do it
Oh quick question, ive not got the original bolts, what size should they be?????
