Hi can anyone give me the standard front and rear suspension settings for a 1991 nc30 please?

are they in the front of the haynes manual,i'd check for you but i lent mine out there last week,maybe somone else could check for us.
It's not having what you want but wanting what you've got....Loud ,Proud and Modified ....

cant find the base setting in the haynes manual but might be looking int he wrong place but I read that if you dont know the base setting a good place to start is rebound to halfway, compresion off (if you have it) and set the preload up for you weight so the sag is correct for the bike, typically 35-45mm of travel

does anyone know what the static sag should be for an nc30?

funny this is being asked. In freeing my adjusters from their sprayed over prison (thank you previous owner!) I turned something and now the thing is running stupidly wide. Its scary.
