Whats it worth?

Hi guys, used to be on the forum before it moved. Moved onto a 600 hornet and the superfour has just sat in the shed, and now needs a new home.

I have no idea how much its worth

its a P reg 97 Ver. R in orange
54,000km on the clock
hagon shocks as showas were leaking(still have them)
original exhaust replaced with standard cb400 exhaust.

No tax or MOT atm, will need fork seals to pass MOT.



So any idea what its worth if i get it MOT'd?

At a guess i'd say probably around £1500 with an MOT but I haven't really kept an eye on prices for a good year!

my showas are leaking badly aswell, where did you get the hagon shocks?

I was happy with the £1200 I got for my Version R last November. R reg, in black, good condition with 12 monts MOT and some tax. Would expect to get a bit more now that summer is allegedly on the way...

It probably depends on how quick you want to sell it, if you're not in too much of a hurry, I would stick to a price and wait for the right buyer to come along. Looks like it's a nice clean bike so you shouldn't suffer like some people trying to sell at the moment are. I'd be quite interested myself but need to sell a couple of bikes too before buying another.
