bugger...Riley will a vfr800 wheel (which is a very similar patern to the picture) fit your machined hubs?

Theres no reason the wheel won't physically fit onto the hub but they will be an issue with the chain run, the reason the 5 spoke wheel has to be used is that it is a 5" rim opposed to the 5.5" rim on the other 750/800 wheels. That could be overcome with different sized offset sprocket spacers to the ones with the hubs but it would cause the wheels to be out of line which leaves you in the same position as you would be in with the Ducati rear wheel.

Drunkn Munky I've had the verniers out this evening and it would not be possible to alter one of my nc30 kits to suit the 35, it may be possible to have some alternative items machined from scratch on a lathe but even so the numbers don't look too good, I would need to take my drawings/sizes down to my engineer friend to see if he can see a viable means of doing it. The problem lies with the differing bearing sizes top and bottom on the nc35 and the depth of the headstock against the depth of the Ducati yoke set - if the yokes were longer from top to bottom it would be easy or if the lower bearing holder matched the Ducati bearing size it would be easy or indeed if the Rvf headstock was the same (or close to the) depth as the nc30. But they aren't unfortunately. Time will tell. I would recommend using the Ducati front wheel (or aprilia if using aprilia forks - the standard fit front wheels on some aprilias are 5 spokes so would match the 750 rear wheel) as this allows the fitment of 320mm discs mated to the Brembo goldline calipers that work so well. Plus it just bolts on. Infact the extra cost involved in having a custom spindle etc may even pay for a light weight Ducati (or Aprilia) wheel instead.
