My Project...VFR400 (NC30)
I bought this in Oct'08 for my first bike and winter Project.
VFR400R (NC30)- 1989

Then i got some Pazzo Levers and re-dial dial (No Pics)

(Don't laugh at my Van Gogh painting) This is what i'm hoping to get it like.

I want to keep it some what orginal with indicators etc but with a modern paint job.
I hope you like it!!
Oh and of course i needed some treats.

How the bike is currently looking

Got some more goodies back aswell this week

Nice shiney nut and new bearings

Also i will be getting these back next week (I couldn't wait, i had to go around to take a sneeky peek)

Much more to come i'll keep you posted.

Re: My Project...VFR400 (NC30)
No there isn't any carbon engine case covers. The only carbon is going to be yoke, dial face and infills (when i get around to it sorry V4Chris)
The only thing i got left to do is,
Top to bottom clean (Engine, Pipes, Calipers, Frame Etc)
Buy V4Chris's Infills
R&G Crash Bobbins
Screen
Stainless Steel Fairing Kit and Screen Kit
Low beam relay
MOT
Full Service

Re: My Project...VFR400 (NC30)
looking well.
as long as you have it in that state, you might as well take the rear hub out and take out the gravel and crap and fill it with foam. its also a good opportunity to throw the polishing mops at the rear manifold of the exhaust system.
are those fairing the cheapy Chinese ones or OEM ones?

The Camel ones were Chinese, these are OEM but they have been fixed.SligeA¡ch wrote:looking well.
